Zone Athletics

We had a great day in Dubbo yesterday for the Zone Athletics Carnival.

It was sunny with just a slight breeze, Perfect.

Nicholas had a fantastic day and came 2nd in shot put and javelin so it looks like we are off to the State Carnival in Sydney next month.

I am so proud of him and so thankful that I was able to go and spend the day with him.

Here is another sneak peak of our photoshoot on Monday, more on that still to come.

Busy Days

We are having a busy time here lately but it is all good and very exciting!

We had 4 birthdays to celebrate in our family last week and that  is always fun :-)

Nicholas has made it to the Zone athletics carnival for 4 (maybe 5) events, yay! So we are off to Dubbo tomorrow to watch him compete

and today I had the pleasure of working with some fantastic ladies and some gorgeous girls.

If you follow me on Instagram or Face book you may have already seen this sneak peak of our day today.

I have some behind the scenes photos to share with you next time.

Hope you all had a great weekend and a fabulous start to the week.

A very proud mum

This will be my only post this week as this proud mother is taking her son to Sydney tomorrow

Nicholas has made it to the State Athletics Carnival for Shot Put

It is very exciting and it is the first time he has made it to state level.

The Athletics Carnival is on Thursday and his event is at 9am so we will stay at my sisters in Sydney tonight so we have a little less travel time in the morning.

Then on Friday my talented  son, along with his team mates from school will be competing in the Robocup finals held at the University of NSW

Friday will be another early start and I am not looking forward to travelling in the traffic to get to Randwick.

I haven't been able to see Nicholas compete in Robocup before so I am looking forward to it and it will be nice to have some Mother & Son time as we travel to Sydney and back.

I will also get to catch up with my sisters while I am in Sydney. I have arranged to spend a night with each of them (cheap accommodation lol!)

Enjoy the rest of your week and have a great weekend, wish Nicholas luck and I will let you know how he goes next week!
