Madeit - in White

I don't have a Madeit Store but I have some lovely friends who do and I get the tempting newsletters emailed to me. I will often follow a link over to the site and fall in love with something new that I would love to have.
Madeit is....
The handmade market open all day every day :: buy & sell Australian handmade :: art :: craft :: design.
I thought I would share some of my favourite white Madeit items that I came across.

  15. Nellie -
Some people make the world special just by being in it.

Obviously I have never met you, but I feel a sense of familiarity and kindness toward you. I truly feel drawn to certain people and their blogs, as if I am catching up on their life, like they are an old friend.

Yourself and Tina from Rubies Place - 'spoke to me', 'reached me', comforted me through your blogs. Yours were the first blogs that I fell in love with.

I thank you for your kind and generous words. You are a beautiful person.

I hope you have fully recovered from your head cold. This is what I love about our blogs, we map and chart each others' ups and downs and provide strength and support, but never judgement.

I have always wanted a beautiful easel. So elegant. What a remakable gift.

The old book, 'What a Wife Needs to Know' - would fascinate me. I would LOVE to rewrite a version for today - how extremely different it would be. What a historical treasure you have there. I love books with old, red jackets.

I liked viewing your bathroom project. I love the vintage towel, rack to the side. Some months ago, I renovated our bathroom on a shoestring. I painted the tiles white. It took 5 coats, including, primer and undercoat etc. Our tiles are floor to ceiling so it was an extensive job - but the reward was great. Your bathroom will make you happy for a long time to come. Clean and tranquil creates peace. Enjoy.

I want you to know Nellie, that your comment tonight really lifted my spirits. You have a way with words and it really hit the spot.

    Thank you. Tracey x o
