Yes, it is definitely winter! It is so cold here today I am hoping we may get some snow!
*
*
How was your weekend? Mine was way to short as always!
*
*
I was painting stuff yet again and I still don't have anything worthy of sharing!
*
I seem to have a few projects going at once but none of them are finished yet!
*
*
Young Nicholas is getting a room makeover, including new bed and desk, so we are busy painting his furniture and because of the weather it is slow going.
*
*
We are completing minor makeovers in our laundry, toilet and bathrooms including wall panelling, new shower screens and painting!
*
*
We have also started on the kitchen makeover including new bench tops, sink and more painting.
*
*
So all these projects are happening but none of them are finished!
*
*
All of the lovely snow covered photos are taken around Orange NSW where we live. We haven't had a decent snowfall yet this season, it would make the cold worth while if we had something pretty to look at!
*
*
Have a great week everyone!

Oh my goodness you sound busy - look forward to seeing all your beautiful handiwork! Jane :)
ReplyDeleteMy goodness me - that's a whole lot of projects on the go at once! I look forward to seeing lots of photos of it all soon.
ReplyDelete:)
Wow you're very busy with all those projects. I've got so many on my to-do list it's not funny! I love those pics of the snow, I hope you get some snow and you get some great photos to show us as I love seeing snow! Whenever it hails a lot in sydney and the grass and cars are covered in hail and I get so excited and pretend it's snow :) (I know I'm sad) Have a great day Nellie,

Crikey, you have got a few things on the go!! I think you are excused for not having any project finished... You will soon have weeks of posts on newly rennoed rooms!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it's so cold where you are.. I honestly forget that it snows in Australia sometimes... Over here it's just grey and windy, roll on spring!

you have a lot of project i see.Good luck with it all.i'm still trying to finish all my DIY projects i was supposed to do them 8 weeks ago .The images are gorgeous of the snow...even though i hate winter and its freezing this year i still LOVE seeing snow.have a great Monday sweetie xx
ReplyDeleteIt snows like that in Orange? I would never have believed it! You have so much on the go! I wanted to paint something minor the other day and the paint tin advised against using the product in temperatures below 11 degrees. Well, that's the end of my DIY project until Spring arrives in Melbourne! It has been cold, but not as cold as nearly snowing in Orange! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteX Briohny.
Hi Nellie,
ReplyDeleteI cant get over the pic of the kangaroo in the snow; just so bizzare isnt it?!!! So many projects; I know that feeling!! ReplyDeleteNellie thank you for sharing the cold with us...We have still been way to hot and to be quite frank I am looking forward to the winter.
I know how hard it is to paint in the cold weather, you have to crank up the heaters to gett anything to dry. Can't wait to see the completed work projects.
Nellie your photo's are award winning :)
